Three graduate students in Comparative Literature were awarded The Arthur M. Daemmrich and Alfred Guenther Memorial Prize this year: Angelina Eimannsberger, Itay Blumenzveig and Anat Dan. The prize, which in the past was given only to students in the Germanic Languages and Literatures Department, is now open to students in both Comparative Literature and German. Students are chosen based on their very strong faculty support, through an anonymous poll. Two undergraduates, Clarice Helfand and Christopher Schiller, were also given the prize.
